First edition hardcover set of Origins of Marvel Comics (2nd print) & Son of Origins of Marvel Comics (1st print) by Stan Lee (Simon & Schuster, 1974 & 1975). Very rare hardcover set of this retrospective and best-of collection of early Marvel Comics, selected and annotated by the iconic Stan Lee.
Jackets now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with some mild rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges - including chipping, creases and small tears. Boards straight and clean but with corners bumped. Bindings are firm and spines are straight. All pages clean and unmarked though very mildly tanned. See photos for condition.
